Die private Suite "Anam Kara" im 1. Stock der Villa ist fabelhaft gelegen und bietet einen Blick auf den Untersberg und auf die Festung Hohensalzburg. Ein Fussweg führt vom Haus zu einem privaten Pferdegestüt und durch idie Hellbrunner Allee weiter in die Altstadt und zum Schloss Hellbrunn.

Hochwertige Ausstattung

Die stilvolle Suite mit besonderem Ambiente ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Ein geölter Eichenholz Fußboden von Mafi zieht sich durch den gesamten Wohnbereich. In den beiden Schlafzimmern sind große schöne Kleiderschränke aus hochwertigem Bambus, Zebrano Holz und Lloyd Loom. Bassetti Bettwäsche und Kopfkissen aus Alpaka. Zusätzliche Decken und Kissen. Schallschutztüren und Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern.

Der Wohnbereich verfügt über Flat-Sreen TV mit ORF Karte, Netflix und Prime Video. Es gibt einen großen Esstisch und einen Arbeitsbereich. Das WLAN ist schnell und kostenlos.

The private “Anam Kara” Suite on the first floor of the villa enjoys a fabulous location with stunning views of the Untersberg mountain and the Hohensalzburg Fortress. A scenic walking path leads directly from the house to a private horse stable and along the beautiful Hellbrunn Allee into Salzburg’s Old Town and to Hellbrunn Palace.

High-End Interior & Comfort

The stylish suite with its unique atmosphere is furnished to a very high standard. Oiled oak flooring by Mafi runs throughout the entire living area. Both bedrooms feature beautiful large wardrobes crafted from fine bamboo, zebrano wood, and Lloyd Loom. The beds are dressed with luxurious Bassetti bed linen and alpaca pillows. Additional blankets and cushions are provided. The bedrooms are equipped with soundproof doors and insect screens.

The living area offers a flat-screen TV with ORF card, Netflix, and Prime Video. There is a large dining table as well as a dedicated workspace. Wi-Fi is fast and complimentary.

The spacious fully equipped bathroom includes towels and beach/sauna towels, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer, a rain shower, and a separate bathtub. Stylish sink area. Washing machine and drying rack available. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and has a window. The suite also features a private sauna.

The open kitchen and living area with library (approx. 30 m²) lead out onto a covered southwest-facing terrace with beautiful views of the Untersberg. The new kitchen is excellently equipped with a Smeg refrigerator, Villeroy & Boch tableware, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, wine glasses, and more.

A private parking space directly in front of the villa is available throughout your stay. Additional free parking spaces are located nearby.
